Website Fees and Information
Please review the following as we want to inform you of the costs involved in building and maintaining a website.

Domain Name Registration Fee:
We offer affordable domain name registration for our clients. You simply tell us the domain name you would like to have and we take care of the rest. We check to see if it is available and we suggest alternative names for you if it is not. There is a discount when registered for more than one year.
Hosting Fee:
The hosting fee basically pays for the infrastructure that allows your website to be accessed over the Internet to the entire world. This infrastructure is made up of such things as computer servers, networks, high speed fiber optic lines, 24/7 technical support staff, etc. Even if you already have a high speed line in your office or home it is not cost effective to attempt to host your own website.

Basic Hosting Plan
Standard Hosting Plan
Dedicated Hosting Plan
The Basic Hosting Plan and the Standard Hosting Plan are shared plans. Under either of these shared plans, your website will be hosted on a computer server with other websites. The Dedicated Hosting plan is a dedicated plan. Under this dedicated plan your website will be on its own computer server and it will not be shared with any other website. Under a dedicated plan your company basically leases their own server.
The fees are based on the amount of Disc Space used per month and the amount of Data Transferred each month. The Basic Hosting Plan offers an ample amount of disc space and data transfer for a small to mid-size website. If your website contains data files that are very large such as video or audio clips it would be more economical to choose the Standard or Dedicated Hosting Plan because there is a charge for every Megabyte over the amount allotted in your hosting plan. If you do exceed your limits we will notify you and give you an opportunity to upgrade your hosting plan to one that is more suitable for your website.
What is a Maintenance Fee?
The maintenance fee basically pays for the changes that are made to the website that may become necessary over time. Clients may wish to update photographs, make changes to some of the text on a web page, change the price of a product or the price of shipping. Our maintenance plan is designed for those clients who do not wish to learn web design, HTML coding, graphic design, or the TCP/IP protocols but would still like to be able to easily make changes to their website by having our web designers do it for them. Our clients simply email the text or any picture/photo to us with instructions describing where to make the changes. We take care of the rest and our clients can focus their time and energy on running their business.
The maintenance plan covers changes made to the existing web pages of the client’s website. The maintenance plan does not cover the creation of new web pages or new graphics such as buttons or logos. The text and pictures/photos must be supplied by the client through email. Unless otherwise specified a maintenance update request could take up to 5 business days to be completed.

How much is the Website Construction Fee?
The construction fee for building a website varies greatly because a website can be custom made to do almost anything the client requires. The construction fee really depends on what type of website the client requires and how much extra detail is involved. We will give the client a quote once we have an understanding of the type of website they would like to have built.
